Spring is having a very difficult time making it to the Rocky Mountains this year, and Estes Park is no exception. I’ve snapped a few pictures of the Elk which remain scraggly and ugly looking refusing to shed their coats.

Soon these magnificent bull elk will be slick and fat carrying their magnificent six by six racks.
