I’m not sure if Spring is here yet or not, but it’s looking good on this April Fools Day in Estes Park. I went outside yesterday and heard the birds chirping and the grass is beginning to have a little shade of green in it. They even have “RAIN” in the forecast instead of snow. We all know that doesn’t really mean anything, it will probably be snow anyway, but what the heck – we’ll take the forecast and the beautiful sound of that word “rain”.
I’m sure that the cow elk will soon be shedding their winter coats and starting to look fat and slick. The bulls will be growing their new antlers for the fall season. I haven’t seen a new baby calf yet, but I’m sure that they are soon to be seen and we probably already have some newborns.
Here are two pictures of yesterdays and todays sunrise. Enjoy, wish you were here.
Have a wonderful April Fool’s day – Enjoy the pictures honey
