This storage facility opened in June 2023 and is now 69% occupied not counting the RV Storage area. Although this is no longer a pre-revenue opportunity, it is priced to allow for significant value increase once it is full and priced at market in the next year. This is a gated, secure access and inside temperature controlled business. 42 new units were added on June 25, 2023.
